Organizational Leadership

Organizational leadership in the English Literature Study Program goes according to the organizational structure of the Undip Faculty of Humanities, which is contained in the Handbook of the Faculty of Humanities, which is reviewed annually. In general, the Civil Service Organization implemented by FIB is based on governance which refers to RI Government Regulation no. 81 of 2014 concerning Determination of Undip as PTNBH.

INFORMATION:

1) The Dean is the executive leader and the highest person in charge of the faculty
2) The Senate of the Faculty of Humanities is the highest normative and considerate body at the faculty level
3) In carrying out their duties, the Dean is assisted by the Vice Deans (I and II).
4) Deans and Vice Deans are leaders at the faculty level.
5) TPMF is a leadership assistant to ensure the implementation of academic quality management and its supporting administration at the faculty level.
In carrying out its duties, TPMF is assisted by the GPM who is the assistant to the head of the department (chairman and secretary) in carry out
quality management. TPMF is under the coordination of the Vice Dean I / Vice Dean of Academic, Research and Innovation.
6) Vice Dean I / Vice Dean of Academic, Research and Innovation assists the Dean in leading the implementation of promotion and admission, education and learning, education quality assurance, accreditation of study programs and institutions, coaching of academicians, student affairs and
careers.
7) Vice Dean II / Vice Dean of Human Resources assists the Dean in leading the implementation of activities in the fields of human resources,
finance, assets and logistics
8) The task of PLM is to coordinate all Study Centers and all Service Bureaus consisting of archival service bureaus, library bureaus, language
service bureaus.
9) The scope of PLM’s duties includes: coordination and monitoring of planning, implementation, and reporting, as well as evaluation of the bureaus
under it.
10) Each Service Bureau (library, archives and language) is chaired by a chairman and assisted by a secretary whose process is carried out openly
(open bidding), both from within and from outside the Faculty of Humanities.
11) The chairman and secretary of the Service Bureau prepare planning, implementation, and reporting to the Vice Dean II / Vice Dean of Human
Resources.
12) The Language Service Bureau is obliged to coordinate the language service units under it which include planning, implementation, monitoring &
evaluation, and reporting based on their respective main tasks and functions.
13) Each Language Service Unit is led by a chairman and a secretary whose process is open (open bidding).
14) The chairman and secretary of each Service Unit are obliged to prepare planning, implementation, and reporting to the Vice Dean I / Vice Dean of
Academic, Research and Innovation.
15) The Chair of the Study Center is led by a chairperson and a secretary whose process is open (open bidding)
16) The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Unit is a special unit that functions as a supporting unit in the field of providing
information and communication technology services for all units in the Faculty of Humanities, which includes: providing a database for all required administrative areas (academic, student affairs, facilities and assets) and data processing into information material displayed on the internet.
17) The ICT Unit is led by a chairperson who is under the coordination of the Vice Dean II / Vice Dean for Human Resources through the head of Administration of Faculty of Humanities.
